On Friday, the ACPC Board meeting is scheduled from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Meeting Room 1 (Gideon Wells)

A reception hosted by the Polish Cultural Club of Greater Hartford, Inc. will follow in the same Meeting Room 1 starting at 7:00 p.m. The reception will serve as a light supper and have a cash bar. The Board of the PCCGH is invited to attend both the meeting and the reception.

On Saturday morning, breakfast is "on your own." The hotel has a small dining room which serves breakfast to order for about $10.00. There is also a McDonald's within walking distance and several coffee shops nearby. A map of the area will be provided

On Saturday, the same Meeting Room 1 (Gideon Wells) has been reserved from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Coffee will be served in the meeting room at 8:00 a.m.

Lunch from "It's a Wrap" will be available at 12:00 p.m. Attendees will be able to help themselves at the time you deem appropriate. It will include soup, green salad, pasta or potato salad, a choice of one of three wrap selections, cookies, sodas, water, and coffee/tea.

The afternoon from the end of the meeting until the banquet will be "free time." We will make suggestions as to local attractions and possibilities.


The Polish Cultural Club of Greater Hartford 40th Anniversary Banquet will be held (on Saturday) at the Glastonbury Riverfront Community Center, which is less than a mile from the Hilton Garden Inn. The reception will start at 6:00 p.m., followed by a lovely catered dinner from 7:15 and will be followed at 8:30 pm by dessert with a musical performance.
